CEO/Project Manager

Michael Kolosey



Michael Kolosey is a native of Northern California. Taking after his father, Michael, began his construction career as a Pile Driver building bridges, retaining walls and performing pile repair in the Bay Area. While working in the field he graduated Cum Laude from Dominican University of California, with a Bachelor Degree in Strategic Management.

Michael was immediately recruited to work with Kiewit Pacific on the Ellis Creek, Waste Water Treatment Plant in Petaluma CA.  With increasing responsibility as North Cluster Superintendent/Engineer Michael took on more than 25 structures from the ground up. While with Kiewit Michael became a treatment plant, pump station and highway specialist, estimating projects all over the country such as the I405 in Los Angeles CA and the I635 in Dallas TX. Michael accepted a job offer from FHS Inc. in Worcester MA. as lead estimator bidding on local, state and federal projects including the JFK Library Addition in Dorchester MA and the Clark Art Museum in Williamstown MA.

While honing his skills and pursuing a Master Degree in Construction Management at Drexel University, Michael decided it was time to fulfill a long term goal of starting his own company. December 1, 2010, Valley Ford Construction Corporation was created. As a newly formed company Valley Ford Construction Corp. has proven to be a fierce competitor in the public works sector and creating lasting relationships in the private sector. As CEO, Michael continues to communicate his vision in becoming the Premier General Contractor in the Bay Area.


Linda Kolosey



Linda Kolosey has lived in Northern California most of her life. Linda has always done what comes naturally to her, which is numbers. With a back ground in finance and payroll, Linda has been in the banking industry for more than 20 years. As a proven asset she has worked in management for some of Northern California’s most prestigious banks. Linda is well known in the industry as a team player and more importantly a team leader as well.

Linda has been key to the continued success of Valley Ford Construction Corp. She has played a lead roll in Corporate Compliance and Business Administration. Linda is dedicated to the success of our company and has proven to be invaluable.  


Sandy Kolosey



Sandy is our Director of Human Resources and Corportate Secretary. She holds a doctorate degree in Organization and Leadership with an
emphasis in Management from the University of San Francisco. This in
combination with 18 years in the real estate industry, management and
business ownership makes her a superb and remarkable member of our
Sandy is versed in Human Resources, Business Management, Business
Planning, Education and Training, Motivational Speaking, Project Development and Communication. Communication is an essential and major portion of her position; to this extent, she uses her refined efforts to bring people together, make work meaningful, sets goals and objectives with people, budgets and process in mind. Sandy is a dedicated asset to our company.




Mike has always been an inspiration to us all.  His career has spanned 40 years in the construction industry.  Chances are if you have driven over bridges in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, you have driven over a bridge that Mike has built.  Through his extensive experience he has proven that anything is possible and “there is always a better way”.  Mike has always put the project first and has always been on time and within budget.




Has been with us for the past fifteen years. He has been with Valley Ford Construction Corp. since before its inception.  Roberto has over 25 years of extensive experience in heavy construction such as bridges, pump stations and treatment plants.  He has worked on numerous private and residential projects spanning the past two decades.  Prior to his career with VFCC, he worked for small contractor in San Rafael.  Before that he worked on several projects with Bechtel at the Richmond refinery.  Roberto is a foundation and concrete expert, a true leader, has outstanding foresight and people skills.  He is an asset to our company.




Has been in the construction industry for the past 25 years and has extensive experience in residential concrete.  He is and artesian of stamped concrete design and can create any pattern, design, color or texture imaginable.  Rudy specializes in driveways, walkways, retaining walls, pool decks and slabs.  He has an impressive resume which includes stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, acid etched, brick, rock and pavers.  Rudy is a very professional, courteous and talented asset to our company. 




Martin has worked with us for the past 8 years and has excellent concrete and concrete demolition skills.  He has been in the construction industry for the past 20 years and performed such jobs as bridge retrofits, pile repair and retaining walls only to name a few from an extensive track record.  Martin has always proven to be accurate, efficient and conscientious.  He is a tireless asset to Valley Ford Construction Corp.
